Ingredients: • 2 cups rolled oats • 1 and 1/2 cups pear or apple juice • 2 apples [skin left on and grated] • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt • 1/2 cup blueberries • 1/2 cup FreshLife Pepitas
Method: 1. Combine oats and juice and soak for 1 hour or overnight in fridge. 2. Add apple and yoghurt and mix well. 3. Spoon muesli into serving bowls and top with blueberries and pepitas.
