Ingredients: ? 1 cup milk ? 1 egg ? 1 cup self raising flour ? ½ cup FreshLife Sultanas ? ½ banana mashed
Method: 1. Combine milk & egg in bowl & whisk. 2. Add flour & mix until mixture is free flowing. Add fruit & mix through. 3. Heat pan, add butter and melt, spoon mix into pan allowing them to spread into large circles. 4. Cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping over and cooking other side. 5. Serve hot with left over sliced banana & drizzle with honey.
