Ingredients: • 1 teaspoon peanut oil • 1 onion [cut into wedges] • 2 teaspoons FreshLife 100% Garlic [crushed] • 2 medium sized capsicums [cut into strips] • 2 bunches asparagus [cut in half] • 1/2 cup green beans [chopped] • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce • 2 tablespoons soy sauce • 1 teaspoon sesame oil • 1 cup FreshLife Cashews Natural [dry roasted] • Hokkien Noodles
Method: 1. Heat peanut oil in wok and stir fry onion, garlic and capsicum for 2 minutes. 2. Add asparagus, beans and cook for a further 2 minutes. 3. Combine sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir through hot vegetables over heat. 4. Sprinkle with cashews. Enjoy with Hokkien noodles.
