Ingredients: • 3 sheets ready rolled shortcrust pastry • 2 eggs [lightly beaten] • 1/3 cup honey • 1/4 cup brown sugar • 60g butter, [melted] • 1 cup FreshLife Slivered Almonds • 1 x 90g packet FreshLife Macadamia Nuts • Icing sugar [for dusting]
Method: 1. Cut out 24 rounds of pastry with an 8cm fluted cutter. Place into lightly buttered patty tins. 2. Beat together eggs, honey, sugar and butter to combine. Stir in almonds and macadamia nuts. Divide between tartlet cases. 3. Bake in 180°C oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
