Ingredients: • 250g pink and white marshmallows [halved] • 1 cup shredded coconut • 100g glace cherries [halved] • 1/2 cup FreshLife Hazelnuts [roasted] • 350g good quality dark chocolate [chopped] [alternatively use 1/2 milk and 1/2 dark chocolate]
Method: 1. Line a 20cm shallow square cake tin with foil. 2. Add all ingredients except for the chocolate into a deep bowl. Toss to mix through ingredients and set aside. 3. Melt chocolate in bowl, over boiling water. Stir until smooth. 4. Add marshmallow mixture to chocolate, mix until well combined. Spoon mixture into cake tin and press evenly over the base. 5. Refrigerate until set. Lift out of the tin. Peel away foil and cut into pieces. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
